About Woodcreek North
Woodcreek North is located off Jacobs Well Road between RR 12 and RR 2325. Woodcreek North is home to the historic Jacob's Well and you will find a combination of older and new home construction in this area. Woodcreek North is not part of the City of Woodcreek and does have a homeowners association called the Woodcreek Property Owners Association. Woodcreek North is a relatively large subdivision in terms of the total number of homes with a population close to 2000 persons.
About Wimberley Springs
Wimberley Springs has ventured off from Woodcreek North to form its own P.O.A. This area is generally accessed via Valley Springs Rd off of RR 2325 and is located around 4 miles west of Wimberley. Having been the last of Woodcreek to be developed it contains newer homes and on the average home, prices will be higher than in Woodcreek North. It is not a part of the city of Woodcreek. The Wimberley Springs Homeowners Association is doing wonderful things in terms of road and clearing improvements.

Average home prices in Woodcreek North and Wimberley Springs combined had a decrease in prices of 5.1% with a decrease in volume from 88 in 2022 to 78 in 2023. The average price per square foot dropped from $266.26 in 2022 to $251.90 in 2023. Keep in mind that prices have had huge increases in 2020 and 2021. See notes below.
