Wimberley Hills is one of Wimberley's smaller subdivisions. It is located only a mile or so from the town square and close to everything in Wimberley.

Wimberley Hills is a combination of new and older homes with a lot of remodels thrown in. This Wimberley subdivision has great views off Hill Country Trail at the top of the subdivision.

If you like the idea of smaller subdivisions you might want to look at Mountain Crest as well.

Home sales in the Wimberley Hills subdivision in 2023 were limited to only two, so there can be no significant trends with such limited data. It is worth noting that the homes were smaller than the previous year and held steady with the previous year in price per square foot.

There were limited sales (3) in 2022 with the average home sold significantly larger than the previous year with newer and remodeled homes being sold. The price per square foot was once again higher.

In 2021 Wimberley Hills subdivision sales consisted of smaller homes at higher per square foot prices when compared to 2020. The average home sold square foot was more than 500 square foot smaller and $47 per square foot higher in sold price.

With such a small sample size (4 in 2020 and 3 in 2019 residential sales) one should not draw too many conclusions. Home sales in the Wimberley Hills subdivision showed an increase, with the price per square foot going up around $9. Average, Median, and per square foot sales prices were all higher in 2019 when compared to 2018. Wimberley hills is a relatively small subdivision and its location being so close to town has made this a very desirable place to live.
