Mustang Valley subdivision is one of the Wimberley areas newest and features community walking paths, sports courts, a pavilion, man-made lakes, and underground utilities.
It has become a hot spot for clients wanting a few acres (5-10) to build a custom home. Land tracts in Mustang Valley have become hard to find and new custom homes are being built in every direction. This is a beautiful place to call home.

About Mustang Valley Real Estate:
There was only one home sold in Mustang Valley subdivision during 2023 as compared to four in 2022. As I do not want to disclose information to HCAD, I will simply say that it was a large home on 10 + acres and sold between 2 and 3 million dollars.
Real estate prices in Mustang Valley continue to rise during 2022 with an increase in value of 16.1% over 2021. Bear in mind that 2021 saw homes almost double in price over the previous year.
2021 was a banner year for home sales in Mustang Valley subdivision. This was the first year in which a measurable amount of homes came on the market in this fairly new subdivision. Any way you look at it homes appear to have doubled in value from previous years. Price per square foot was 476.44 in 2021 vs 282.22 in 2020 and days on market were reduced from 157 in 2020 to only 47 in 2021.
2020 and 2019 brought the first residential home resales in Mustang Valley with two sales in 2020 and three homes sold in 2019. In 2019 I wrote that I expected to see the average and median sales prices to rise significantly in the coming years. 2021 is verifying those results with every home sold bringing over a million dollars.
